Openfore Copyright Policy

Openfore respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same.

This Copyright Policy explains how Openfore responds to claims of copyright infringement in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws including the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

1. Copyright Ownership

All content, trademarks, graphics, logos, software, and platform materials provided by Openfore are owned by PickyClicky Inc. or licensed to it and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit platform materials without authorization.

2. User Generated Content

Openfore allows users to upload and share content including photos, messages, and tee time postings.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on the Openfore platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint.

To file a complaint, please send a written notice including the following:

• Your name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed
• The exact location (URL or description) of the allegedly infringing content
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Content Removal

Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, Openfore may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

Openfore may also notify the user who uploaded the content.

5. Counter Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter notification.

The counter notification must include:

• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the content that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts
• Your physical or electronic signature

6. Repeat Infringers

Openfore reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright laws.

7. Misrepresentation

Submitting false copyright claims may result in legal liability.

Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be subject to damages under applicable law.

8. Changes to this Policy

Openfore may update this Copyright Policy periodically.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
