If you would like to request deletion of your Openfore account and associated data, please contact our support team using the email address below.
How to request deletion
Send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your Openfore account. Please include enough information for us to identify your account and process your request.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include your Openfore account email address
- Include your display name or username, if available
- State that you want your Openfore account and associated data deleted
For security purposes, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. Certain information may be retained where required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain internal administrative records.
Account Deletion and Data Removal
Users may request deletion of their Openfore account and associated personal data at any time.
To request account deletion, users may email our support team at support@openfore.golf from the email address associated with their Openfore account.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete or anonymize the user’s account and associated personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legitimate business purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements.
After a deletion request is verified, the user's account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from Openfore systems within a reasonable timeframe. Certain limited information may be retained where required for legal obligations, security monitoring, fraud prevention, or compliance with applicable laws.
Certain non-identifiable information or records related to transactions, abuse prevention, security monitoring, or legal compliance may be retained as required by applicable laws or internal administrative purposes.
