These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Openfore mobile application, website, and related services (collectively the “Service”).
Users may request deletion of their Openfore account at any time by contacting support@openfore.golf.
Upon verification of the request, Openfore will delete or deactivate the user’s account and remove associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Openfore reserves the right to retain certain information as required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or other legitimate business purposes.
By accessing or using Openfore you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Openfore is a digital platform designed to connect golfers with other golfers, share tee time opportunities, coordinate rounds of golf, and communicate with other players.
Openfore does not operate golf courses, manage bookings, or provide sports instruction.
Openfore functions solely as a communication platform between users.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for all activity conducted under their login credentials.
Users agree not to:
Users may submit messages, photos, and tee time listings.
Users grant Openfore a worldwide license to host, display, and distribute this content for purposes of operating and promoting the Service.
Public content may be used by Openfore in promotional materials.
Openfore does not verify user identities and does not conduct background checks.
Users interact with others at their own risk.
Participation in golf and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
By using the platform to coordinate golf activities, users voluntarily assume all risks associated with those activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, users release Openfore and PickyClicky Inc. from liability related to injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in golf activities arranged through the Service.
Openfore may integrate with third-party services including maps, analytics providers, payment processors, and authentication services.
Openfore is not responsible for the policies or reliability of third-party services.
Openfore may display advertisements and sponsored content.
Openfore may introduce paid features including subscriptions. Pricing terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Users may not use automated tools to scrape or collect platform data.
Users may not use Openfore data to train AI systems without authorization.
Some features may be released as beta or experimental and may contain bugs.
All platform content and software are owned by PickyClicky Inc.
Openfore may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
Openfore shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed CAD $100 or the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.
Users agree to indemnify Openfore against claims arising from misuse of the platform.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Openfore is not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control including natural disasters, network failures, or government actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and Openfore.
